“But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed” (Isa 53:5)
She was abandoned at age of five. She was abused at age of ten and adopted by a family at age of twelve. Her life was full of ups and downs. The family that adopted her was always busy. Therefore they left into the care of a nanny.
She went to one of the best schools in the city. She became a spoiled child, because of the wealth of her adopted parent. She joined herself with bad girls in school; although she was one of the brilliant students. She cleared her senior secondary school certificate examination at once. She got admission to one of the lead universities to study chemical engineering.
When she got to 300 level, the pressure of the bad girls in the university campus overwhelmed her. She joined them the same year she entered university but not really engaged much in their activities. Now at 300-level she stepped up her bad habit of drinking, smoking and all such of immoral activities.
Meanwhile, the plan of her adopted parent was send her abroad and continue with her master degree. Her parent was so happy and proud of her. Even at university she remained one of the best students.
She graduated with first class in chemical engineering but she was unable to overcome the memory of her abused life. She took pleasure in sexual immorality. She slept with all kinds of men and drank all kinds of alcoholic drinks and drug.
One day, she discovered her stomach swollen. She thought it was a pregnancy. She said to herself “but my menses comes regularly. She went for pregnancy test and the result was negative. Anytime she ate small food she felt filled and the stomach kept swollen.
While struggling with her swollen stomach another calamity stroke. Her adopted parent was coming from the Eastern part of the country and had a fatal motor accident and both dead on the spot. The family of the deceased knew her fate in the family and wage war against her; send her out of the house without allowing her inherit any of her parent estate.
She ended up in the street. She tried all her effort to secure a job but no good result. She went back to her gangster; they rejected her when they discovered her stomach problem. She went to one of her parent uncompleted building the family knew nothing about, there she was living. She managed the little money in her bank account to take care of herself.
In the process it was discovered she had the cancer of the womb which had gotten to the third stage. Doctor said to her, she would die in a couple of weeks. “Thank God, all is going to be over soon” she said to herself. She resorted to stay in the uncompleted building till death come.
